Welcome to the eCom Process System and all of the business benefits you will enjoy. On this page I will outline some important factors and instructions involved in implementing our system. I will also let you know what you can expect in the future from our company and also some very crucial steps you will need to take to move forward.
Firstly I want to get the legal portion out of the way. While this may seem boring, you are going to want to pay attention to this part specifically. Below are the links to our different documents and statements. By downloading our system you agree to adhere to these documents fully.
The real meat of these documents is that we will not stand for the sharing or resale of any of these documents. We have taken steps to watermark and electronically tag the processes/checklists/procedures. Any instance of not following this portion of the TOS will be dealt with swiftly. Basically, "Don't do it". If you want to do a group buy ect. Then you can personally reach out to us and we will consider it. We take this seriously.
Now that we have that out of the way we can get to the good stuff!
STEPS YOU NEED TO TAKE IN ORDER TO PROCEED
- Go to https://ecomprocess.com/booking and sign up for your 30 minute on-boarding meeting. In this meeting we will get all of your processes and checklists uploaded correctly and we can answer any questions you may have about the process. Make sure that you include your Skype ID so we can add you for the meeting. Please be sure you are on a computer and not a phone. This is because you will be going through the process of uploading and it will not work efficiently over the phone. The time zone will automatically transfer to the zone you are in. If you use a VPN which is in a different time zone then you will need to manually change this by clicking on the “Clock” symbol in the top left corner of the calendar.
- Sign-up for a Free http://trello.com account using your company name. Note: This name will be used to connect you with your processes and is vital (Do not use your personal name). At the time of the Skype meeting we will be using this account, so be sure it is open and ready to use when the meeting starts.
- Be sure to whitelist email@example.com in your email provider of choice. This is important so that emails from us do not go to your promotions tab or spam file.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Every month you will receive a few emails from us. I hate spam and you can expect every email sent to you, will be of the highest importance. These emails will include:
- Monthly survey on which processes you feel are important to produce over the following month.
- Once per month questionnaire to address any questions you will have for our Monthly live meeting.
- Once per month invite to the monthly live meeting.
- Once per month update email which will include all of the new processes we have uploaded as well as the process updates required due to platform changes.
- Any important updates that will require immediate action.

- You will be eligible to join us in a monthly open format live meeting:
- This is where we will personally go over your process concerns and questions.
- We will pre-email you to get any questions you would like addresses. This is so we have a little time to prepare with the best answer possible.
- All questions from members will be answered. No matter how many we get.
